The (probably) definitive Jam submission version.

Phew, another day of lots of fixes and tweaks, and I think this will be the definitive submission for the jam.
Fixes:
- Typos and such
- Space Time Discharge now removes defensive buffs
- Conjure Titan will only become available after you have successfully conjured Rhea at least once
- It was hard to tell if Crab Demon was readying Poison Mist; the eye blinking has been made a tad more noticeable
Updates:
- Added new sprite variations (Misha & Sjorge) for intro and ending scene
- Some changes to the motions of the boss
- Additional dialogue (e.g. after successfully conjuring once)
Thoughts:
- Items will appear top of the list in the command window. Surprisingly, fixing the order seemed to involve a lot more than just moving it down the database, so I've decided to leave it be for now.
- The boss is a little weak for my taste, but it's hard for me to gauge what the expectation is regarding difficulty.
